Hampstead Health provides an exciting and innovative opportunity to create a model for primary health care which incorporates traditional general practice with multidisciplinary, team based care whilst responding to changing community needs. A mix of allied health workers, nurses, specialists and other healthcare providers will work alongside General Practitioners and GP Registrars.
