Exercise Physiology Services

Supporting Long-Term Health Through Movement
Accredited Exercise Physiologists (EPs) provide targeted exercise and lifestyle support for individuals living with chronic conditions or recovering from injury.
The goal is to encourage sustainable lifestyle changes that improve physical function, reduce health risks, and support mental wellbeing.
What Exercise Physiologists Do
EPs offer a range of services tailored to each individual’s condition, goals, and abilities, including:
Individual and group-based lifestyle counselling
Behaviour change monitoring
Health education and exercise counselling
Physical rehabilitation
Self-management support
Each treatment plan starts with a full assessment to ensure safety and effectiveness. Clients can then choose between:
A personalised home-based program
Ongoing support in an exercise clinic
Referral to a trusted local activity provider with follow-up
