Patient triage – on phone or at counter

If you have returned from China, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Iran, Italy, Japan, Singapore, South Korea or Thailand within 14 days before getting sick,

Or

Had close contact with someone diagnosed or suspected of having corona virus, in the 14 days before getting sick,

And

You have experienced any of: a fever, sore throat, cough, or shortness of breath

Go directly to RAH (no need to phone ahead)

All other patients with fever, sore throat, cough, or shortness of breath are to be booked as usual and offered a surgical mask upon arrival
