The first FREE health seminar at Hampstead Health Family Practice has just been announced!

Living with Diabetes seminar will be held on Thursday 25th February. The event will be conducted by an experienced presenter from CALHN Diabetes Education Service. This talk was very popular last year, so get in quick to reserve your seat!

The seminar will start at 1.45pm with light refreshments, and conclude at 3pm.

The Living with Diabetes seminar will be held in the Hampstead Health Family Practice meeting rooms, on Level 1 of the Hampstead Health building located at 237 Hampstead Rd Northfield.
