Hampstead Health Family Practice have just announced their next FREE health seminar. The Asthma Foundation SA will present an informative seminar “Live Well with Asthma”. This talk will be beneficial for both sufferers and carers.

Topics to be covered include

• What is Asthma?
• Symptoms and triggers
• Asthma Score
• Managing asthma with an Asthma Action Plan
• Medications and devices
• What to do in an asthma emergency

As usual, light refreshments and a goodie bag will be supplied.

This talk will take place at 1.45pm-3pm on Wednesday 26th August.
