Hampstead Health Family Practice is pleased to host another FREE health seminar for any who wishes to attend.

This seminar is all about preventing falls in the elderly and how physiotherapy can help reduce the risks of falls.

Our presenter will be qualified Physiotherapist Ian Tang of Core Physiotherapy and Pilates Studio.

This event will be held on Wednesday 17th August, 1.45pm – 3pm. Light refreshments will be provided and a small sample bag will be given to each attendee. We have 2 hours free parking on site too.
